- Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Standard shipping is free worldwide.
Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
If your item doesn't suit you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense (unless stated otherwise). If this applies to you, please contact us at: contact@posyapparel.com.

You may withdraw within 30 days from the delivery of the products without any penalty or justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the following address: contact@posyapparel.com.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within 15 days from the date you notified us.
To process a return under the Right of Withdrawal, the following procedure must be strictly followed:
- The customer must include the completed and printed return form inside the package. No return will be accepted without this completed form.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags and any accessories, and in perfect condition.
